01 · Attendee experience

A guide that opens from a QR code.

No app store. No account. People scan a code on a sign or a ticket and the whole event is in their browser: map, schedule, food, parking, restrooms and live alerts, in your event's brand.

What attendees get

Everything they would ask a volunteer, without finding one.

  • Interactive map

Zones, routes, stages, vendors, parking and restrooms, with filters by activation and category. Clusters at a distance, detail up close.

  • Directions that make sense

Routes to entrances, parking lots and booths. Road closures and reroutes show up as soon as your team publishes them.

  • Schedule and lineup

Set times, stages and artist pages. Save a set and get a reminder before it starts.

  • Food and vendors

Menus, offers and links for every vendor, searchable and pinned to the map. A storefront, not a dot.

  • AI concierge

Answers come only from approved event content. When it doesn't know, it says so, and your team sees the question.

  • Accessibility as content

ADA parking, accessible entrances and viewing areas, quiet zones. Shown on the map, not buried in a PDF.

  • Alerts where people are

Scheduled and emergency banners, scoped to the whole event, one activation or one zone.

  • Built for bad signal

Installable and offline-aware, for crowded fields and downtown canyons where the network gives up.

Search

Search that knows the event.

One search box covers vendors, artists, zones, restrooms, FAQs and parking. Type 'vegan' and get the three booths that serve it, with the closest first. What people search for and don't find becomes a list for your team.

  • Vendors, artists, zones, FAQs and parking in one index
  • Closest result first
  • Unanswered searches are logged for organizers
The concierge

Honest answers, grounded in your content.

The concierge is retrieval-based. It only answers from the map, schedule, vendor list and FAQs you approved. It will not guess, and it will not pull from the open web. If the answer isn't there, it says so and points to the information desk.

  • Grounded in approved event content only
  • Falls back honestly instead of inventing
  • Unanswered questions become a content to-do list
My festival

A plan for the day, in their pocket.

Attendees save the sets, vendors and places they care about. Saved items stay on the map and in the schedule, and a saved set can trigger a reminder before it starts.

  • Favourites across schedule, vendors and map
  • Set-time reminders
  • No account required
Details

How the guide behaves.

  • No download

The guide is a web app. It opens in Safari or Chrome from a QR code, a link in an email or a social post. Attendees can add it to their home screen if they want to, but they never have to.

  • Your brand

Your colours, logo and name on every screen. A custom public URL if you want one. Indavro does not put itself between you and your attendees.

  • Many activations, one map

A parade route, a vendor village, a 5K and a fireworks viewing area can all live under one event. Attendees filter by what they came for.

  • Fast on a crowded network

The shell installs on first visit and keeps working when the signal drops. Content that changed loads when it comes back.

Bring a site map or a schedule. We'll walk through what attendees would see.
