Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Veratusk collects when you use indavro.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Events that run on the Indavro platform are governed by the organizer's own privacy terms and by our agreement with that organizer.
Who we are
Indavro is a product of Veratusk. When this policy says 'we', it means Veratusk. You can reach us at the address at the end of this page.
What we collect on this site
Information you send us. When you book a demo or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, organization, event details and message. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation you asked for.
Site analytics. We use a privacy-focused analytics service that records page views and referrers without cookies and without identifying you. It tells us which pages are read, not who read them.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and reliability. We use these to keep the site working and to limit abuse of our forms.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not use advertising trackers on this site. We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a form; we reply to the request you made.
How we use what you send
To respond to your request, to schedule and prepare a demo, and to keep a record of the conversation if it continues. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider that processes them on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is aggregated and not tied to you. Server logs are kept for a short, fixed period by our hosting provider.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do so. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you additional rights, those rights apply.
Events on the Indavro platform
If you attended an event that used Indavro, the organizer is responsible for your data and for the privacy notice shown in the event guide. Our platform is built to collect interactions with the guide, not continuous location, and to aggregate by default. Questions about a specific event should go to its organizer. If you cannot reach them, write to us and we will help.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
